For nearly 30 years, Dang Minh Duc has been the chef behind numerous culinary creations at Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi. He has made his mark through his involvement in preparing menus and meals for extremely high-profile guests, including many heads of state and world-famous celebrities.
